Who told you that you have to be a so called fireized Christian to do greater than Christ?
God has set eternity in the heart of man - eccl 3:11
Let's not be fooled into believing that u have be in the spirit to do greater than Jesus
You hear Christians say things like "Jesus walked on water so I need more of the Holy Ghost to do greater which is to run on water"
Hold on a minute bro fireized let me burst your bubbles a little. Do you know that there are some bicycles that are rode on water presently ?
Ohh u don't know?
Pls permit me to ask you another question if u had the ability to walk on water and also ride on water which would you prefer?
I guess we all know the answer?
Now would you say riding on water is not a better innovation than walking on water?
Or would you say the manufacturer hasn't done greater works maybe because he isn't a Christian or maybe isn't "fireized" ?
Come on bro wake up !
Or take for example
Don't you think a limo would have been a better substitute for the beautiful colt that Jesus rode during the triumphant entry into Jerusalem ?
So can you still submit to me that the team of engineers who invented the limousine hasn't done greater works?
I could go on and on and on. I know you might want to debate so your free to inbox me and let's settle this there.
I believe the reason why God gave us intellect was because he expected us to understand that he has the whole world to manage and as such we shouldn't disturb him.
"The fact that you are spiritual doesn't mean your brain should be suspended " - pst Sam Adeyemi
So I write to inspire that Christian brother or sister that might be reading this article to inflame their intellect to do greater than Jesus Christ did in any sphere of life they operate .
That's your job not that of the Holy Spirit.
The sons of Issachar became mighty because they understood the times - 1chron 12: 32
As Christians we understand that there are times and season
It's no news that our world is progressing and every aspect of life is finding it's space in that new world.
This is not the time to try to make people believe that Christ died for their sins, we have been doing that for more than 20 centuries now. (sure this is very important)
But now the church needs to migrate from this aspect of Christianity to a more effective one called PROBLEM SOLVING.
See Matt 5:16. (please read)
You would agree with me that a candle doesn't shine to lead it's self, it even melts itself just so it's environment could benefit from it.
I could bet it that the church wouldn't access the reality of that scripture until it becomes a body of problem solvers.
The only Jesus is Lord a hungry man would acknowledge is : food, it's that simple (did you need to speak in tongues?)
Christianity is not a religion, it is combining responsibility with God to make the world a better place.
